Strategy and decision-making affect the most challenging problems facing corporations, economies and societies
At UNSW Business School, our researchers study leadership and business administration, human resources management and organisational psychology. These in turn feed into workplace culture, employee performance and retention.
Through research, we can understand and predict how to get the best from a manager or an executive, and the decisions needed to drive firm productivity, manage earnings and value, implement new business processes or plan for mergers and acquisitions. At a broader level, it helps us inform government processes, sector regulation and policy reform.
