My research and practice interest is in socially responsible management practice. Understanding and enabling this involves bringing together ethics, management education and organisation theory to better understand how managers create opportunities for ethical agency in often difficult contexts.
I have published in the area of ethics and sustainability education, moral agency, and ethical human resource management. I am Section Editor for HRM & HRD Ethics with the Journal of Business Ethics.
