After earning a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Trento (Italy) and completing the European Master in System Dynamics, Giovanni Cunico is now pursuing a PhD at the University of New South Wales (Australia). He has held research fellow positions at University College London (UK), where he evaluated policies to encourage housing retrofitting, and at the University of Bologna (Italy) as part of the PERCEIVE project, an EU-funded initiative focused on enhancing policymakers' understanding of EU regional policy. Giovanni’s research centers on applying system dynamics and participatory approaches to policymaking, with a focus on policy analysis, grand challenges, and sustainability transition.
