Di Commenced as a Lecturer at the School of Accounting in August 2018. Prior to her appointment at UNSW, Di taught financial accounting and managerial accounting at Georgia Institute of Technology. Di’s research interests relate to the impacts of management control systems on employee behaviour and organizational efficiency.
